Discovery & kick off
After your detailed enquiry form hits my inbox, I’ll I review it and I’ll reach out to you within 2 working days to book in a connection call on Zoom. After our call I send you a custom proposal outlining how I can help you reach your website goals, designing and developing your new Squarespace or Showit website. Your proposal includes details like timelines, scope, investment and payment schedules.

Project preparation
You’re keen to get started after reviewing your proposal - I’ll send you your contract and the invoice for the project deposit which you pay to secure your booking. Once paid you will receive an invitation to my project management tool Asana (where you’ll share all your branding, images and copy with me), and a strategy questionnaire with questions about your vision and goals for your new website.

Design & Development
I make the things! With all your materials in hand I get designing, starting out with the creative direction. I’ll get started on your home page, where I will firstly design a mockup that we view together. You provide me with feedback, suggestions and changes and based on this I adapt the design and create mockups of the rest of your pages too. Once we have locked in the design, I start developing your website.

Launch & raise a glass!
Your website is done, all the technical bits and pieces are in place. You are now the proud owner of a highly personalized, strategic and on-brand website! Time to do a little happy dance. You will also receive a training video on how to manage your website moving forward, so that you can confidently make changes and edits by yourself.

Post launch support
Your custom website comes with 3 weeks of post-launch email support, to ensure that you feel confident in managing your website! If you don’t wish to do so yourself, I have the option of purchasing website management & maintenance services. You can purchase a 3 month and 6 month plan. You’ll find more information about website management & maintenance here.
