SWE & CH • 2021 – present
At NathMakesThings I craft Brand design, strategy, web design & development for purpose-driven brands.
Sample project: I designed and built a multilingual Squarespace website for a therapist in Zürich. I used SEO, user friendly design and incorporated a clear customer journey, which increased bookings for my client.
Sample project: I crafted a visual identity for a newly founded tea brand with a strong focus on ceremony. My client received a full branding suite alongside packaging design that she will be using for many years to come.
Other aspects of my work as a self employed individual includes: Project management, staying up to date with ever evolving social media platforms and tools, testing SEO and marketing strategies, packaging and selling my services, bookkeeping, maintaining client relationships, and creating customer journeys.

Freelance designer & art director
Remotely across Australia and Denmark
Jun 2015 – Jul 2017
Worked with a wide range of international clients from Canada to Singapore (as I relocated my life from Sydney to Denmark) as well as working short-term as a freelancer in-house with agencies in Denmark. I worked across a wide range of industries including culture, insurance, food and wellness.
Sample Project: I worked with a health food brand in Singapore creating cohesive packaging design for a series of 12 organic food products, so that they could be sold in store.
Sample project: I designed and developed an event-website / sales page and booking portal for a destination yoga retreat taking place in Bali with a yoga studio from Sydney. I also initiated and created online and offline marketing materials for the retreat and a digital info-pack that was sent to all customers after booking. This allowed for a smooth customer journey after booking and took pressure off the admin team.
Sample project: I worked with a luxury interior retailer in Canada, for whom I created packaging design for light bulbs and brochures. This allowed them to showcase all materials that they provided for interior renovations.

Other experiences & achievements
In addition to my creative work, I am also a certified Craniosacral & Complementary therapist (my official diompla is called: Komplementär-Therapeutin mit Branchenzertifikat OdA KT, Craniosacral Therapeutin). I completed this 3,5 year education in Switzerland in 2023. This education included 500+ hours of medicinal studies and exams, innumerable hours of Craniosacral bodywork plus many hours of communications, psychology and resource-based coaching techniques.
I ran my own practice, part-time, as a Craniosacral Therapist in Aarau (CH) 2021–May 2024. Here I supported clients with everything from depression and chronic pain to tinnitus and sports injury recovery. Clients were referred to me by psychologists, dentists, doctors and psychiatrists.

Craniosacral therapy is an incredibly gentle, holistic type of body work, which supports the body in activating and supporting self regulation. It combines scientifically, and anatomically founded body work as well as work with internal processes.
You work with the whole body (muscles, fascia, bones etc.), but come into specific and close contact with the central nervous system (aka our motherboard) and the craniosacral system which comprises the skull, spinal cord, the meninges, spinal cord membranes and the Cerebro-Spinal Fluid (the stuff our brain floats around in that protects, nourishes and organically moves our nervous system).
